Welcome to DexScout. By accessing or using our platform at dexscout.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

DexScout is a cryptocurrency analytics platform that provides real-time data for decentralized exchange (DEX) trading pairs across Solana, Ethereum, and Base blockchains. Our services include:

• Real-time token price tracking and analytics
• Trading pair information (volume, liquidity, price changes)
• Trending token discovery
• Integration with third-party swap services (Jupiter, Uniswap)
• Token boost promotion services

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DexScout. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of DexScout complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. No Financial Advice

DexScout does not provide financial, investment, trading, or tax advice. All data displayed on our platform is for informational purposes only. You should not interpret any information on DexScout as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or token. Always conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

4. Accuracy of Data

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, DexScout makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed on the platform. Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile, and data from blockchain sources may be delayed or inaccurate. You acknowledge that trading decisions based on our data are made at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Services

DexScout integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Jupiter: For Solana token swaps
• Uniswap: For Ethereum and Base token swaps
• Wallet providers: MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, and others

We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Wallet Connections and Transactions

When you connect a wallet and execute transactions through our platform:

• You are solely responsible for your wallet security and private keys
• All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• You bear all risks associated with cryptocurrency trading, including total loss of funds
• DexScout does not custody, control, or have access to your funds at any time

7. Boost Services

DexScout offers token boost services that increase the visibility of specific tokens on our platform. By purchasing a boost:

• Payment is non-refundable once the boost is activated
• Boosts do not constitute an endorsement of any token
• We reserve the right to remove boosts for tokens involved in scams or illegal activities
• Boost duration and pricing are as stated at the time of purchase

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate data displayed on the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform beyond normal API usage
• Use the boost service to promote fraudulent or scam tokens
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Intellectual Property

The DexScout name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of DexScout. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEXSCOUT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF FUNDS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DexScout and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of DexScout after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
